Kerosene/air BFER mechanism

  • Type of mechanism     :  Global
  • Fuels used                     :  Decane
  • Oxidizer used                 : Air
  • Number of species      :  6
  • Number of reactions    :  2
  • Cases of application    :  0D, 1D

Developed by Benedetta Franzelli at CERFACS.

This global mechanism is tailored to be valid for a wide range of temperature, pressure and equivalence ratio.

A modified C10H20 species has been taken to model the kerosene.

It comprises 6 species, 1 irreversible and 1 reversible reactions.
